These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services made available via CleanGaadi, including the website, mobile application and associated service channels.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Services are available only for vehicle owners or authorized users.
• Each individual or entity can register only one account.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate information.

3. Services Coverage

• We provide scheduled or on-demand vehicle cleaning services.
• Services are subject to staff availability and service zones.
• Weather and holidays may affect service delivery.

4. Account Security & Communications

• Protect your login credentials.
• You agree to receive SMS, emails and notifications.
• Report unauthorized access immediately.

5. Payments & Subscription Plans

• Services may be subscription-based or one-time bookings.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Payments accepted via UPI, Cards and Net Banking.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Monthly plans must be cancelled at least 3 days before renewal.
• Refunds are issued only when service delivery fails due to our fault.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

7. User Responsibilities

• Ensure your vehicle is accessible.
• Remove valuables before service.
• Misuse of the platform may result in suspension.

8. Service Partner Responsibilities

• Partners must maintain professional conduct.
• No off-platform bookings are permitted.
• Repeated complaints may result in deactivation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or indirect losses.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos and graphics remain the property of CleanGaadi.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect only necessary information.
• Customer data is not sold to third parties.
• Industry-standard security measures are used.

12. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse or policy violations.

13. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to Chennai jurisdiction.

14. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
